Returns are only available under the condition where item does not match description, wrong item has been delivered or if the item is deemed faulty. For any return contact with Meerkat Millinery must be made within 24 hours of receiving product and each order will be assessed on a case by case basis and is at the discretion of the business to deem if a refund will be provided. All postage costs will be paid by the customer and items must be returned in saleable, unworn condition before exchange can be authorised. A store credit can be provided for a return to the value of the item purchased not including postage costs..
Hire items do not have free postage included in the listed price,, you will need to add postage the hirer is responsible for return postage with tracking, the item is required back by the agreed date, any damage will incur a fee for loss or repair from $20 up to three times the rental cost. As a hirer of millinery, you are responsible for any accidents, and you may be required to pay a fee for unreasonable damage/replacement cost 4 times the hire cost as specified in these Terms of Hire.
When hiring out millinery, please take good care of it. Please don‘t pass it around for everyone to try on, don't get it wet in the rain, and please don't leave it around on tables as drinks may get spilt. Please package the item carefully for return postage.

A tracking number will be issued once your item is posted, unfortunately, Items that are sent via post or courier are unable to be sent in a nice hat box, due to their dimensions and weight, therefore, items will be posted in Australia Post packaging. Pick up is preferred if you are local, at times I am able to deliver personally, depending on location and time.
